Home hunters wanting a newly built home in Britain’s best place to live should pay a visit to Lovell’s new development in Skipton, as the house builder has just opened the doors to two stylish show homes.

Lovell has now unveiled its Lewiston and Darwin-style show homes at Lambert Hills, on Granville Street, and is inviting home buyers to step inside.

Lambert Hills, which sits on the site of the former offices of Craven District Council, is already attracting strong interest from local buyers wanting a new home in the popular Yorkshire town, which was voted the best place to live in Britain by the Sunday Times.

Francesca Healey, Sales Adviser at Lambert Hills, comments: “We had an outstanding response to our recent show home launch and home buyers were impressed with the high specification homes we are bringing to Skipton.

“Lambert Hills will feature all new designs from the Lovell portfolio and include our renowned high quality finishes, and the reaction we have had from buyers demonstrates that we have the spacious modern homes they are looking for.

“Those who have not yet visited the new show homes are encouraged to come and take a look, as we’re confident they will be wowed by what we have to offer here at Lambert Hills.”

The Lewiston is a four-bedroom, three-storey home benefitting from a modern fully fitted kitchen/dining room, with integrated appliances and access onto a terrace, and spacious family/dining room to the lower ground floor, while the ground floor features a generous living room, study and bedroom.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite, two additional bedrooms and a stylish family bathroom.

The three-bedroom, three-storey Darwin-style home features an open-plan kitchen/dining room to the lower ground floor, which is fully fitted with integrated appliances and opens on to the garden.

On the upper ground floor there is a spacious living room with balcony and a study, while the first floor features a master bedroom with en-suite, two additional bedrooms and a sleek family bathroom.

Francesca adds: “We currently have a limited number of homes to reserve off-plan and have already seen a number of homes reserved by those who don’t want to miss out on their first choice of house style.

“Those who want to find out more about available homes should come and take a look inside our show homes to see for themselves how spacious and stylish these new designs are.”

Lambert Hills will feature 57 new homes, including three, four and five-bedroom homes and one and two-bedroom apartments.

Homes are priced from £265,000.

The Lambert Hills show homes are open between 10am and 5pm, Thursday to Monday. Alternatively, visit lovellnewhomes.co.uk.
