New homes help cut energy bills in Kent

New build homes built to current regulations could see purchasers save up to 57%, or £1,400 a year, on gas and electricity costs as opposed to running an “upgraded” Victorian property according to analysis by the National House-Building Council (NHBC) and Zero Carbon Hub.
