Property-seekers are being urged to act now to put themselves at the front of the queue for the first stunning homes to go on sale at Taylor Wimpey’s Maltings Park development in Witham, Essex.

This exciting new collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes located off Owers Road will be launched for sale on Saturday 27th September.

Anyone hoping to find their dream home at Maltings Park is being urged to attend the official opening or risk missing out.

The first release of homes at Maltings Park will include the two-bedroom ‘Dovedale’ and ‘Edale’ coach houses and two-bedroom ‘Canford’ house.

Three-bedroom designs will include the ‘Flatford’, ‘Ashton’ and ‘Garsdale’, four-bedroom houses will include the ‘Stanton’, ‘Easton’ and ‘Bosworth’, while the five-bedroom ‘Kensington’ property will also be available to reserve.

Prices at Maltings Park will start from as little as £174,995.

To make securing a home at Maltings Park even easier, Taylor Wimpey will offer a range of helpful homebuyer incentives for purchasers in a variety of circumstances.

Help to Buy, for example, enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of the full price of their new home – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Help to Buy is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

Located on the edge of Witham’s newest neighbourhood in the south-western corner of this popular town, Maltings Park will provide an exceptional range of homes alongside public open spaces, playing fields and an all-weather multi-use games area.
