West London property-seekers looking to snap up a stylish apartment need to act quickly to be in with a chance of securing one of the last remaining plots at Taylor Wimpey’s Sandringham development in Ruislip.

The final phase of just six one-bedroom apartments is due to be released shortly at this near sell-out development, which enjoys a well-connected location that’s within easy reach of Central London.

Potential purchasers are being urged to register their interest in the development as soon as possible, to give themselves the very best chance of securing their pick of the final plots.

Emma Jones, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “This is the last chance for house-hunters to secure the perfect plot at this in-demand development and it’s a chance not to be missed!

“All the previous phases at Sandringham have proved to be incredibly popular and we’re expecting this collection to be no different, so would-be buyers should register their interest now – or risk missing out!”

The final one-bedroom apartments will be priced between £245,000 and £265,000, and will be available with the popular Help to Buy incentive.

Help to Buy enables eligible purchasers in a range of circumstances to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of the full price of their new home, so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Help to Buy is available on new-build homes up to the value of £600,000 and there’s no salary cap for purchasers taking advantage of the scheme.

At the turn of the 20th Century, Ruislip was a small community of around 530 cottages.

That close-knit atmosphere has continued as the district has flourished, and today Sandringham blends in effortlessly with the vibrant and diverse area that lies beyond its gates.

Every convenience of modern life can be found in Ruislip, including excellent shopping facilities featuring Waitrose and Marks & Spencer, while a wider choice of outlets are nearby at The Chimes Shopping Centre in Uxbridge.

Commuters choosing to enjoy Sandringham’s laid-back lifestyle are well catered for, with the M40 and M25 a 15-minute drive away and direct local bus services to Pinner, Northwood and Ruislip.

The development is also within walking distance of a number of stations on the Metropolitan, Piccadilly and Central lines.

Would-be purchasers can register their interest in the final phase of homes at Sandringham by visiting taylorwimpey.co.uk. Sandringham is located off Lime Grove, Ruislip, HA4 8RL.
