Healthier cocktails at Plateau in collaboration with FAIR

This month, Canary Wharf restaurant Plateau, will be launching a range of healthier cocktails in collaboration with FAIR., the world's first Fair Trade Certified spirits brand. Offering a lighter and healthier alternative, the cocktails will be made with FAIR. Quinoa Vodka, which is made from organic and Fairtrade certified quinoa from the 3000 meter high Altiplano plateau in the Andean mountains.

The range will include the following: 

FAIR.ly Genuine (Fresh kiwis, cucumber, FAIR Quinoa Vodka, kiwi syrup, fresh organic apple juice, elderflower cordial and lime juice)

StratosFAIR.ic Marietini: cherry tomatoes, French mustard, celery salt, cayenne pepper, oregano lemon juice, balsamic vinegar glaze, basil, mint, FAIR Quinoa Vodka. This cocktail packs a punch and comes in at under 100 calories!

FAIR.ness Punch (pineapple, cloves, liquorice bitters, fresh orange juice, lime juice, FAIR Goji liqueur, FAIR Quinoa Vodka). FAIR. Goji liqueur, made with fair trade sugar cane from Malawi, has a very low sugar content of just 140g per litre and is full of anti-oxidants. 

The cocktails will be available until the end of October, priced at £9 each.
