Halloween fun and fireworks extravaganza at Ragley

Ragley Hall in Warwickshire is to host a week of ‘Halloween Fun’ from Saturday 25 – Friday 31 October. Visitors of all ages can enjoy a range of Halloween inspired activities including pumpkin carving, spooky craft activities, children’s cinema and story-telling.

In addition, The Haunting, a chilling passage of terror that will scare the bravest of hearts, will take place from 26 – 31 October. Special effects along with ghost’s and the unknown will be around as visitors try and make their way through the outdoor haunted gardens. Not suitable for those under 10 years of age.

Visitors can also enjoy using the Adventure Playground with 3D maze. In addition guided tours of the state rooms will take place and visitors can wander around the 10 hectares of gardens and see the stunning Sculpture Collection. The Terrace Cafe will be serving tea, coffee & cake and a selection of hot and cold dishes.

The Ragley Bonfire & Fireworks Extravaganza will then take place on Friday 31 October and is a must for those that want to celebrate this spectacular evening. The gates will open at 5pm when visitors can enjoy fairground rides, food stalls, a licenced bar and live music. The giant bonfire will be lit at 6pm and the fireworks will light up the sky at 8.30pm.

Andrew Mason, Operations Manager at Ragley stated “We’re delighted to be hosting our special Halloween Fun week and our dramatic Fireworks and Bonfire evening. With our lakeside setting and stunning stately home backdrop, Ragley is an amazing location for our spectacular fireworks display”.

Tickets for the Fireworks cost £5. Children under 5 do not require a ticket. Admission is free to Ragley members. Car-parking is provided free of charge. Please note. Normal admission prices cost £8.50 for adults, £5.50 for children, £7 for Seniors/Commissions and £27 for a family (2 adults & 3 children). Children under 5 are free. The Haunting is open from 5pm - 9pm with the last admission at 8pm. Tickets cost £10 per person or £14 for an all-day ticket.
