As Martin Grant Homes’ exclusive Yaffles development, situated within the sought-after village of Storrington at the foot of the South Downs National Park, nears completion, interested buyers are being offered a final chance to personalise the final finish of their new home.

The development, due for completion in late 2014, comprises three five-bedroom family homes, one of which has already been sold off-plan. Rosewood House, Camellia House and Magnolia House are externally designed to echo the traditional style typical of the local area, but internally are finished to the highest contemporary standard. Interested buyers are still able to choose from a range of colours for the Amtico floor coverings in the kitchen and bathroom wall and floor tiles.

The development, due for completion at the end of 2014, is situated to the north of Storrington, in a residential area of large detached properties set back from the road and surrounded by woodland. Storrington High Street is lined with independent cafes, restaurants and boutiques, in addition to a Waitrose supermarket. Storrington has its own primary school, rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted, and Steyning Grammar and a choice of independent schools offer a wide range of secondary options within close reach.

All three houses have five bedrooms and include a spectacular master suite with en-suite bathroom and dressing area. The reception space has been designed with family life in mind, comprising a kitchen/ dining room which opens onto a family room, in addition to a separate living room and conservatory. The contemporary kitchens are fitted with Neff appliances and all bathrooms with Villeroy and Boch sanitaryware. All properties boast gardens and a garage.

Chris Hamilton, Managing Director of Martin Grant Homes, comments: “Off-plan sales allow buyers to choose the final finish of their new home prior to moving in, thus producing a ‘bespoke’ home, shaped by the buyer’s specific design preferences.”

Prices range from £840,000 to £875,000. For more information, visit martingranthomes.co.uk.
