“Stamp duty can add a considerable sum to the cost of a home, so by covering the cost of the tax we’re helping to make moving easier to afford,” Pauline adds.
“For people with a house to sell, Mastermove could be a weight off their mind as for a small deposit we will take the brand new Redrow home they want off the market while they find a buyer for their existing property.”
Customers who sign up for Mastermove will have their property valued and, once a selling price is agreed, Redrow instructs a local estate agent and online agent to market the property on their behalf. Crucially, the homebuilder keeps in regular contact with all parties to ensure the sales process runs smoothly.
Mastermove can be used by those downsizing or moving sideways on the housing ladder, as well as those trading up.
