Tudor World in top 10 spookiest experiences!
Tudor World-The Falstaff Experience in historic Stratford upon Avon is ‘chilled’ to announce that they are amongst the top 10 spookiest experiences in Britain, according to VisitBritain. With Halloween just around the corner, the museum is gearing itself for their spookiest Halloween festival ever! During the day the museum has family friendly activities: with Halloween shows, quizzes, and family friendly ghost tours. In the evening, when the light go off in the museum, the atmosphere becomes seriously creepy and ghostly figures are said to roam the shadowy corridors of this old and sinister building after dark, giving guided tours to the unsuspecting public!
On Halloween and All Hallows Eve, special ghost tours take place from 6pm within the building as well as a Haunted Town Tour with Dashing Jack around Stratford. Later on in the evening, there is a Halloween Séance Event until the midnight hour, when the veil between this world and the next is said to be the thinnest. All night time events include a test tube blood cocktail to get participants into ‘the spirit’.
Halloween at Tudor World-The Falstaff Experience begins on Saturday 24th October and finishes on Sunday 2nd November. Museum entry £5.50 for adults, £4.50 for students, £2.50 for children and £12.50 for a family and include Halloween shows Monday to Friday and quiz every day for the children. The adult ghost tours take places every night at 6pm @ £7.50pp. On Friday 31st a family friendly ghost tour has been added at 5.30pm @ £3.50 children; £5 for adults and £13.00 for a family ticket 2+2 (suitable for 6-9 years old); special ghost tours at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm (which includes cocktails) @ £7.50pp, a haunted town tour at 7.30pm (which includes cocktails) @ £6.50pp and a séance experience from 10.30pm until midnight @ £19.95pp (which includes cocktails). On Saturday 1st November there is another family friendly tour in the early evening and special ghost tours at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm and 9pm followed by an overnight ghost hunt with PSW Paranormal at 10pm.
