Award-winning Linden Homes has announced plans for 352 new homes at three locations across Northamptonshire.

No stranger to building in the county, the company’s proposed schemes are at various stages of planning consent.

Having already been granted local authority planning approval, the forthcoming Centurion Grove development in Burton Latimer will see 47 homes being built in the town.

The two, three and four-bedroom homes will be located off Kingfisher Way, a great location which provides easy access to the A509 for commuting to Northampton.

Linden Homes Midlands expect to launch the site in spring 2105, but home hunters can register their interest now at lindenhomes.co.uk.

Meanwhile, a further 166 homes are planned for Higham Ferrers – at a location which utilises the excellent road links to Northampton and Bedford.

The two, three and four bedroom homes at Bishop’s Grange are subject to planning permission, which if granted could see building work begin early next year.

The town of Brackley will be the location for the third development, and Linden Homes has permission to build 139 new homes, the designs and details of which are currently being finalised.

Linden Homes sales director Chris Roads said: “We are delighted to be returning to Northamptonshire where we have seen huge success in recent years.

“These new developments in commutable locations will provide excellent opportunities for those looking to live and work in the area.

“We expect interest to start gathering pace as potential buyers recognise the many benefits offered not only by the positioning of the developments, but the advantages of registering early and reserving from plan.”

Advantages of buying off plan include:

Selecting a plot with a sought-after south facing garden or in a preferred position
Choosing preferred taste in bathroom wall tiles
Choosing preferred kitchen units and worktops
Having a blank canvas from which to plan your new home
Lower utility bills and reduced maintenance bills that new homes can offer
New materials used in the construction process also mean that new homes are more energy efficient that their older counterparts
10-year NHBC warranty
