A superb selection of high-quality homes is about to be released for sale at Taylor Wimpey’s brand new Scarlet Pippin Orchard development in Lower Broadheath, Worcestershire.

The first homes in this eagerly-awaited collection of three and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom bungalows will be available from the leading housebuilder’s nearby The Hopyard at Martley development on Saturday 18th October, prior to the official launch of the new development.

Visitors to the launch event will be able to find out more about the idyllic village setting of Scarlet Pippin Orchard, which is located off Bell Lane and surrounded by open countryside, as well as Taylor Wimpey’s range of helpful homebuyer incentives to make moving even easier and more affordable.

Plus, anyone who reserves a property over the weekend of the pre-launch event will receive a £50 voucher towards a meal at The Bell Inn, Martley Road, Lower Broadheath.

Anne Wallace, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Midlands, says: “There are now just a few days to go before we unveil the first selection of new homes for sale at Scarlet Pippin Orchard.

“By coming along to the development pre-launch at The Hopyard at Martley on Saturday 18th October, home-hunters can be among the first to choose their favourite plot from this wonderful collection – and make sure they don’t miss out on their perfect property.

“What’s more, by reserving off-plan, they can ensure their new home is completed to their personal specifications before they have even been handed the keys, by choosing from our fantastic range of interior Options.”

Among the first new homes on sale at Scarlet Pippin Orchard will be a selection of three and four-bedroom properties, with detailed plans and prices to be unveiled at the launch event.

The Help to Buy scheme is available at the development, enabling eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of the full price of their new home – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Help to Buy is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

Alternatively, Taylor Wimpey’s easymover initiative sees the leading housebuilder help to find a buyer for a purchaser’s existing property, usually within just a few weeks and sometimes in as little as a fortnight.

Lower Broadheath is an attractive rural village situated in the heart of the picturesque Malvern Hills district of Worcestershire. The village was once home to the great composer Edward Elgar, whose birthplace in Crown East Lane is now open to the public as a museum.

Residents at Scarlet Pippin Orchard will be able to enjoy easy access to a range of local amenities including a shop, a village hall, a church, a post office and a number of traditional pubs. Parents will appreciate that nearby Broadheath CofE Primary School was rated ‘good’ in its latest Ofsted inspection.

The historic city of Worcester is less than four miles away and offers a selection of high street shops, supermarkets and places to eat and drink as well as a theatre, a cathedral and two multi-screen cinemas.

For commuters, Lower Broadheath provides excellent road links, with the M5 just a short drive from home, while Worcester railway station offers regular services to London, Birmingham and Bristol.

To find out more about the first new homes now on sale at Scarlet Pippin Orchard, home-hunters can visit The Hopyard at Martley, located off the B4197, Martley, Worcestershire, WR6 6QX between 11am and 5pm on Saturday 18th October. The development will then be open Thursday to Monday during the same hours. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
