The research by Strutt and Parker’s Housing Futures survey stated 35% of people want to be close to shops, public transport and amenities – all being a deciding factor in their decision making process. Recently launched Ash Green provides a range of three, four and five bedroom homes, centrally located with excellent amenities, leisure facilities and schools nearby, with convenient transport links into Reading and London.

Steve continues: “Our show home will be opening later this year which will give families the opportunity to really gain an insight to the lifestyle on offer at the development.”
