House-hunters are being urged to hurry if they hope to secure a superb new home in 2015 at Taylor Wimpey’s Broadland Meadow development in Loddon, Norfolk.

All of the homes available for a 2014 completion at this in-demand development have now been snapped up by fast-moving purchasers.

However, two family-size homes ready for a 2015 move are now on sale – the magnificent four-bedroom ‘Cavenham’ priced at just £379,995, and the five-bedroom ‘Felsham’ priced at only £399,995.

What’s more, both can be secured using the superb Part Exchange incentive, which allows Taylor Wimpey to take all the stress out of stepping up the property ladder for those with a home to sell.

Caroline Carter, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “This is an incredible chance for two lucky purchasers to secure a wonderful family-size house at Broadland Meadow in 2015.

“Due to the high demand for brand new properties at this popular development, we fully expect these two plots to be snapped up very quickly, so I would advise potential purchasers to act fast – or risk missing out!”

The ‘Cavenham’ detached home benefits from a large lounge, a light and airy kitchen/breakfast room, a utility room, a separate dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, a study and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while a double garage and two parking spaces can be found outside.

Meanwhile, the detached ‘Felsham’ features a spacious kitchen/breakfast area and a living room, both opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a study, a utility room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout. Five bedrooms, including one with en-suite facilities, and a main bathroom are found upstairs, while outside there’s a double garage and driveway parking.

Under Part Exchange, customers trading up to selected family-size homes at Broadland Meadow receive an agreed offer price for their existing property, based on the average of independent professional valuations.

With Taylor Wimpey as their cash buyer, they can relax in their old place until their brand new home is ready to move into.

Broadland Meadow enjoys a convenient location bordering the picturesque River Chet in the thriving village of Loddon, just 12 miles from Norwich city centre.

Loddon benefits from a range of amenities for day-to-day living, including high street and independent stores, cafes, pubs and a supermarket.

Parents will appreciate the development is within walking distance of Loddon Junior School and Hobart High School, while the well-regarded independent Langley School is two miles from home.

Reedham railway station is only six miles from Broadland Meadow for direct services to Norwich and Lowestoft, and connections to Cambridge, Ipswich and London Liverpool Street, with journeys to the capital taking just over two hours from Reedham.
