Countdown to Christmas is on at Vivo

The countdown to Christmas is already underway at Vivo in Stockton-on-Tees, where buyers can save up to £17,500 on the cost of a new home thanks to Lovell and Muse Developments’ festive selection box.

Home buyers can choose from one of three homes with a newly reduced price at the popular Northshore Road development and move in for Christmas.

There’s also something to suit everyone, as buyers can now save £17,500 on the four-bedroom Nerio home, save £8,950 on the three-bedroom Riva-style home or save £4,000 of the cost of the two-bedroom Aura-style home.

Plus, as an extra Christmas gift Lovell and Muse Developments are including carpets and flooring throughout.
