The launch of Memphis Monday at Big Easy, Covent Garden

To celebrate the launch of Memphis the Musical in London, Memphis has partnered with Big Easy, London’s home to Blues music and Bar.B.Q, to search for the UK’s next best blues vocalist. Every Monday from 27th October, Big Easy will welcome to the stage a guest vocalist to sing a set with their renowned house band, in front of an audience of industry insiders and key creatives from the new West End show. The best received vocalist will be invited to sing with the star of the show, Beverly Knight, at a one off performance at Big Easy Covent Garden on December 8th and will win VIP tickets and an exclusive back stage tour to meet the cast of Memphis the Musical.

Alongside the music, a special Monday night menu has been created ‘Memphis Monday’ and includes limitless Memphis inspired Bar.B.Q, a portion of ribs and a ‘Mem-fizz’ cocktail (Tennessee whiskey, home-made lemonade, honey and soda), priced at £18pp.
