Take family living to new heights with a visit to Archers Park in Sittingbourne this Saturday (November 8).

Building work at the Redrow development is gathering pace and recognising that viewing a property is an important part of the house buying process, the homebuilder is hosting a special ‘site seeing’ event so that buyers can look inside properties that are under construction.

Among the homes that will be available to view is the four-bedroom Kenilworth, set out over three floors.

Kerry Jenkins, sales director for Redrow Homes (South East), said: “The Kenilworth is a fantastic family home that offers a degree of flexibility to your living arrangements. Those who join us for the ‘site seeing’ event will be kitted out with hard hats and safety boots so that they can enjoy a sneak peek inside and picture how they can adapt the space for their individual needs.

“The event will also give visitors an insight into the quality workmanship that goes into each and every Redrow home.”

On the ground floor, the Kenilworth features a lounge with patio doors onto the rear garden, plus an open plan kitchen and dining room. There’s a laundry space for the washer and dryer, plus a downstairs cloakroom.

Three bedrooms and the family bathroom can be found on the first floor. The crowning glory of the property is the sumptuous top floor master bedroom, complete with en-suite.

Alternatively, buyers with a grown up child living at home may opt to let them have the top floor bedroom and bathroom as their own private space.

The four-bedroom Kenilworth is available from £254,995. Help to Buy is available and could reduce the initial price to £203,996, with the remaining 20% covered by the equity loan. Typically, customers using Help to Buy should only need a relatively small deposit of around 5%. Crucially, the equity loan is interest free for five years.

Located on Staplehurst Road, on the edge of Sittingbourne, Archers Park is ideally placed for access to the countryside, the coast or the capital as it’s within easy reach of the M2 and M20; while trains from the local station offer journey times of just over an hour to London.

The town centre has a thriving high street and with a good choice of schools in the area, Archers Park is well suited to those with children.

The ‘site seeing’ event takes place this Saturday (November 8). For more information about the homes available see redrow.co.uk/archerspark.
