With hundreds of potential purchasers lined up to snap up new homes in the Northamptonshire village of Moulton, buyers are being urged to act fast to secure their preferred property.

Carey Fields, on Northampton Lane North, will offer 103 homes for private sale with a choice of everything from two-bedroom properties to substantial five-bedroom detached family homes.

The new Redrow development has been eagerly awaited and to cater for the high demand the housebuilder has released the first properties for sale ‘off plan’ from nearby Barley Fields in Earls Barton.

Tonia Tyler, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: “We have a database of more than 330 potential purchasers keen to buy at Carey Fields and so theoretically could sell each property more than three times over. People have been doing their research and already know exactly which style of home they want to buy and are eager to reserve at the earliest opportunity.

“Those who buy in the development’s early stages should find that there are more homes to choose from and that by purchasing ‘off plan’ they can reserve their dream property in the position they want. Plus, by buying before the house is physically built, they’ll be able to put their own stamp on it, choosing everything from the finish of the kitchen cupboards to the bathroom tiles.”

Carey Fields features designs from Redrow’s sought-after Heritage Collection of traditional looking homes. Inspired by the architecture of the Arts & Crafts era, they offer the charm and character of ‘period’ properties, with the style and convenience of being brand new.

Initial prices at Carey Fields are from £167,950 for a two-bedroom home.

With Moulton Primary School within half a mile of the development, plus plenty of other schools for all ages in the surrounding area, Carey Fields is ideally placed for buyers with children.

There’s a selection of shops locally to cater for residents’ daily needs including a post office, plus pubs, a theatre and sports complex with activities for all ages and abilities; while Northampton is just four miles away.
