The Government’s Help to Buy scheme means that the Goodwood at Church Fields, priced at £146,000 could be bought with just a 5% deposit of £7,300. Purchasers could then receive up to a 20% loan from the Government, which is interest-free for five years, meaning they only need a mortgage for 75% of the property’s value. Homebuyers can visit the marketing suite to talk through purchasing options with Lovell’s sales advisor.
