Middlesbrough buyers bid for four beds

Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey has announced a new release of four-bedroom detached designs at its High Farm development in Middlesbrough.

The release follows a surge in enquiries and reservations for homes on the popular High Farm development, and prospective buyers can view the Denham and Henham designs for themselves in the form of stunning show homes.

Taylor Wimpey believes that the rise in demand is a reflection of how the government-backed Help to Buy scheme has given home-buyers both the confidence and opportunity to move up the property ladder, and buyers are now thinking bigger in terms of what they can afford.

Debbie Whittingham, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire comments: “Help to Buy is not only giving home-hunters the opportunity to take the first step on to the property ladder but is also allowing them to invest in a larger home than they originally thought possible.

“The Denham and Henham homes embody this new confidence and I’m sure that when prospective buyers come and view the show homes, they’ll be surprised at just how much home they can secure for their money.”

Help to Buy is a government-backed initiative that allows buyers to purchase a new home worth up to the value of £600k with just a five per cent deposit.

High Farm currently offers a choice of three and four bedroom designs, with prices starting from £137,950, or just £110,360 when purchased with Help to Buy.

Debbie concludes: ‘These new four-bedroom homes provide excellent family accommodation on this desirable development, surrounded by open space and woodland; and I urge interested buyers to arrange a viewing and find out more about all that High Farm has to offer.”

High Farm is located on Skippers Lane, where the sales information centre is open Thursday through to Monday, between 11am and 5.00pm.
