webuyanycar.com report surge in prestige car purchases

The surge in sales of luxury cars is benefitting online car buying service webuyanycar.com, who has reported purchasing more high end models in 2014 than ever before as the super rich trade up to their next prestige motor.

Staff working in the 165 webuyanycar.com locations have snapped up an enviable array of prestigious models in recent months ranging from £50K to £120K including: a Rolls-Royce Ghost Saloon, Audi R8 Spyder, Bentley Continental Flying Spur, Aston Martin DB9 Coupe and Ferrari 599 Coupe.

This comes at a time when the motoring industry is reporting great surges in the sales of luxury models. Official government data showed Bentley sales up 36 per cent in the first half of 2014, Rolls-Royce up 33 per cent, Porsche up 20 per cent and Jaguar up 15 per cent. Overall, car sales across the entire market are up eight per cent on 2013 levels.

One of the most expensive cars bought recently was a Rolls Royce Ghost which was less than 2 years old and had only done 12,000 miles.  The owner applied online, visited a branch in the North West and the car was acquired in less than 20 minutes.
