Prospective house-hunters searching for their dream home in a sought-after location are being urged to register their interest now in Taylor Wimpey’s forthcoming Fair Acres development in Honeybourne, Worcestershire.

The first plots from this stunning collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes will soon be available to purchase from the development, which benefits from an attractive tree-lined location off Weston Road.

Building work is now well under way at Fair Acres ahead of the launch of the development at the end of November, with a range of traditional property styles being created to reflect the architectural character of the surrounding area.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We are delighted to be preparing to launch our prestigious new Fair Acres development, which enjoys a fantastic picturesque location with easy access to a host of amenities.

“Anyone hoping to find their dream home from this much-anticipated new collection is therefore advised to register their interest now!”

To make securing their new home at Fair Acres even easier, homebuyers will be able to choose from a range of incentives to suit purchasers in a range of circumstances.

Help to Buy, for example, means eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell can secure a Government loan for 20% of the full price of their new home – meaning they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit.

Alternatively, with Part Exchange, customers can choose from selected plots at Fair Acres and Taylor Wimpey will agree an offer price for their existing home, while easymover customers can reserve their new home while the leading housebuilder helps to find a buyer for their current property.

Conveniently located in the peaceful village of Honeybourne, the new homes at Fair Acres will benefit from a wealth of community facilities on the doorstep, including a village hall, traditional country pubs and shops, while the parish allotment scheme offers the chance for residents to grow their own fresh produce.

Just six miles away is the popular market town of Evesham, which boasts a variety of amenities including the Riverside shopping centre and Tesco and Morrison’s superstores, while historic Stratford upon Avon is around 12 miles from home.

The picturesque Cotswolds are also close by, with popular destinations such as Broadway and Chipping Campden just minutes away by road.

Opportunities for leisure are many and varied, from the wide choice of stunning country parks and rural footpaths in the local area through to Bidford Gliding and Flying Club for the more adventurously-minded. Residents can even try their hand at clay modelling at Honeybourne Pottery.

Honeybourne is also renowned as a centre for some of the best cycling territory in Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire, with national cycle routes 41 and 442 passing through the village.

Commuters will appreciate the well-connected location of the development which is just minutes away from Honeybourne train station for direct services to London Paddington, which pass through commuter destinations including Worcester, Evesham, Oxford and Reading on the way.

Meanwhile, there is easy access to the A44 for those travelling by car, while a regular bus service operates between Honeybourne and Evesham.

For parents, there is a choice of schools nearby, including Honeybourne First School and Nursery and Blackminster Middle School.

To find out more about the new homes coming soon at Fair Acres, or to register an interest in the development, property-seekers can visit Taylor Wimpey’s nearby Lavender Fields, off Badsey Road, Evesham, which is open seven days a week from 11am to 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
