Slade Green development is a gem
A high ratio of sales means that the entire first phase and half of the second wave of new Redrow homes in Slade Green have now been sold.
The award-winning homebuilder’s hugely successful Ratio development forms part of a regeneration project that is transforming the former Howbury Centre site into a desirable place to live.
Along with the new homes, Redrow will also be building a new neighbourhood shop and providing open amenity space for public use. All of the homes are available with Help to Buy. The Government backed scheme makes homeownership easier to afford as it allows customers to take out an equity loan for up to 20% of the purchase price. It means that someone buying in this way should typically only need a relatively small deposit of around 5%, plus a 75% mortgage from their chosen lender. Crucially the loan is interest free for five years.
Located 15 miles to the east of London, just inside the M25, Slade Green offers excellent connections for both work and leisure time.
