Award-winning housebuilder Redrow welcomed 60 guests to a VIP evening this week at White Row Farm Shop in Beckington to celebrate the launch of its newest Somerset-based development.
The Ridings, off Bath road, will be home to 43 properties, including a range of two, three, four and five bedroom homes from Redrow’s Heritage Collection.
Redrow took their first reservation for the new development at the VIP event, with two further homebuyers taking advantage of the Early Bird scheme and plenty more interest shown from attendees.
The Early Bird scheme gives buyers the opportunity to reserve a Redrow home which has not been officially released for sale by simply putting down a fully refundable deposit of £500. When the property is released for sale, the homebuyer then has first refusal and if for any reason they cannot proceed with the purchase within 14 days, Redrow will return the deposit, no questions asked.
There are several stylish properties available to reserve now, including two 2 bedroom Evesham, one 3 bedroom Evesham 3, one 4 bedroom Balmoral and one 5 bedroom Blenheim. Prices start from as little as £219,995 and the first completions will be celebrated in summer 2015.
