Property-seekers can discover a stylish new range of homes at Taylor Wimpey’s popular Strawberry Fields in Southampton when the second phase of properties at the development is officially unveiled this month.

This fresh collection of properties will be released for sale on Saturday 29th November, when visitors will be able to browse detailed plans for the full selection of stylish one, two, three and four-bedroom properties – and take their pick from the first available plots.

They’ll also be able to find out about Taylor Wimpey’s range of helpful incentives for purchasers in a range of circumstances and browse the leading housebuilder’s extensive range of interior Options.

Fiona Creed, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We are very excited about the eagerly-anticipated launch of our second phase at Strawberry Fields.

“With the first collection of homes at the development now sold out, we’re offering would-be purchasers a brand new opportunity to find their perfect property in this wonderful location.

The new phase at Strawberry Fields will comprise a choice of one and two-bedroom coach houses and starter homes as well as three and four-bedroom houses in a variety of designs.

To make choosing a new home at Strawberry Fields even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of incentives, including the Government’s popular Help to Buy scheme.

Under Help to Buy, first-time buyers and those with a property to sell can secure a 20% equity loan towards the cost of their chosen plot – so they only require a 5% deposit and a 75% loan-to-value mortgage.

Alternatively, Part Exchange sees existing homeowners receive an agreed offer price for their current property with Taylor Wimpey acting as their cash purchaser.

Strawberry Fields enjoys a peaceful cul-de-sac location on the edge of Locks Heath, nestled between an established residential area and fields leading down to the pretty marinas and tranquil shoreline walks of the tidal River Hamble.

Within walking distance is the Lockswood Centre, which offers a host of amenities for day-to-day living, including shops, a library, a medical centre and a community centre, while the charming village of Warsash is also close to home.

There’s a choice of schools for children of all ages nearby, including Locks Heath Infant School, which is rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted and is just a short walk away, and Locks Heath Junior School and Brookfield Community School for secondary pupils, which are both rated ‘good’.
