Discerning home-hunters in Hampshire have been quick to secure their pick of the plots from the latest release of new homes at Maple Park, Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after development in Liphook.

Property-seekers flocked to the launch event on Saturday 1st November where they were able to view the newly-opened ‘Belbury’ showhome and see for themselves the fantastic lifestyle opportunities on offer at this popular development.

Following the successful launch – during which four homebuyers reserved their dream home – the leading housebuilder has decided to bring forward the release of the stunning four-bedroom ‘Belbury Variant’ and ‘Easton’ house types to meet continuing demand from purchasers.

Fiona Creed, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “The Maple Park launch was a huge success, with four home-hunters snapping up their perfect properties during the event!

“With interest continuing to run extremely high, we would encourage anyone hoping to secure their place at Maple Park to contact us without delay – before someone else beats them to it!”

The four-bedroom ‘Easton’ semi-detached house, priced from just £385,000, boasts a good-sized living/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway. Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to three bedrooms and a main bathroom, while a spacious en-suite master bedroom occupies the entire top floor.

Meanwhile, the four-bedroom ‘Belbury Variant’ semi-detached house, on sale from only £390,000, features a similarly spacious ground-floor layout, while the first-floor offers a family room, a double bedroom and a family bathroom. An en-suite master bedroom, an additional bedroom and a further shower room can be found on the top floor. Both properties benefit from allocated parking outside, while selected plots also feature a garage.

Alternative four-bedroom designs are also available at Maple Park, including the ‘Easton Variant’, priced from just £390,000, the ‘Eskdale’, from £435,000, and the ‘Fermont’, from £440,000.

Maple Park enjoys a prime position within the Canada Way development, which lies just to the south of the centre of Liphook, and neighbours the village green which surrounds Liphook Millennium Hall.

Liphook is a thriving village on the edge of the South Downs National Park, with a wealth of local amenities for day-to-day living including a Sainsbury’s supermarket within walking distance, along with a choice of shops, pubs and places to eat.

Commuters will appreciate Liphook railway station is also close by and lies on the main London to Portsmouth line, while the A3 is just a short drive away for quick links to Guildford, Portsmouth and the M25.

The village also boasts well-regarded schools, including Liphook Infant and Liphook C of E Junior Schools, both rated ‘good’ in their most recent Ofsted inspections, and Bohunt School for secondary pupils, rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted and named School of the Year in the Times Educational Supplement’s 2014 Schools Awards.

To join the sales rush at Maple Park, prospective purchasers can visit the Sales Information Centre, located off Canada Way, Liphook, GU30 7UJ, and open daily from 10am until 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
