Oh My Cod at Randall & Aubin

This winter will see lunchtime visitors to Randall & Aubin exclaiming “Oh My Cod!” in response to their new menu. The iconic Soho restaurant, renowned for serving up the finest seafood, is celebrating the cod season in a fun and novel way this month.

Diners can enjoy a delicious lunch of Large Premium In-Shore Cod & Chips with House Tartar Sauce & Pickled Shallots served with a crisp glass of English Cider, guaranteed to warm the cockles as winter sets in, and all for an appetising £9.50.

The Oh My Cod menu will be available until early December, when celebrated Head Chef Ed Baines will be marking the change in seasons with a new lunchtime menu. This sustainable approach is key to Randall & Aubin’s ethos and has ensured it has remained one of Soho’s most popular destination restaurants over the years.

Randall and Aubin was London first French butcher shop. Opening in 1908, its clientele has included Winston Churchill and Elizabeth David, amongst many others. Jamie Poulton and Ed Baines transformed it into one of London’s most loved restaurants over 17 years ago, and it has now become renowned for serving excellent seafood, as well as and an impressive array of classic French and British dishes. Ed Baines’ passion for excellent, simple and delicious food is reflected in each of the dishes. The venue has retained many of its original features with the stylish additions of marble tables, antique chandeliers and a retro disco ball.
