Rewards for recommending Elan Homes to a friend

Even if you’re not in the market for a new home, but know someone who is, you could receive £500 by introducing them to Elan Homes.

If you live near an Elan development, you can collect a ‘recommend a friend’ voucher from the sales office. Your friend or family member should then bring it to their development of choice on their first visit. If they go on to complete the purchase of a new home you and they will receive a bonus.

It’s a cash gift of £500 to the person who made the recommendation and £250 off the value of the house to the buyer, so everybody wins.

Andrea Nippe, sales director for Elan in the South, said: “Many people have friends and family members who are perhaps looking to move close by, so we want to give people a thank you gift if they recommend us. You don’t have to live in an Elan home, you just need to pop into one of our developments to collect a voucher and pass it on to your friend or relative.”
