New phase at Yiewsley Manor launched in response to demand for new homes

House builder, Bellway says that the New Year has got of to a good start. Demand for new homes at it’s Yiewsley Manor development in Darlington has resulted in Bellway launching the second phase of the development earlier than planned and it has already notched up a dozen sales.

Rob Armstrong, sales director at Bellway, said: “There is a lot of positive sentiment in the market place, interest rates are low and we can offer a range of incentives which is helping people to move.”

Yiewsley Manor which is situated in the sought after west end of Darlington and has been built on the former home of Mowden Park Rugby ground.
