Families flock to Lambert Hills for the location, location, location

A development of new homes in Skipton is proving popular with families thanks to its close proximity to local schools.

Homes at Lambert Hills have been snapped up quickly by buyers wanting to be near to the town’s excellent education establishments, with 15 of the 17 homes available on phase one already reserved.

As a recent survey by Confused.com revealed that 29% of parents have moved house to be in the catchment area for a good school and that 24% would think about renting an additional home just to be in a good catchment area, Lovell is inviting families to Lambert Hills to find out more about making the move to the popular development.

Home buyers can have it all at the Granville Street development, which is being built on the site of the former offices of Craven District Council, where two four-bedroom homes are currently available.
