Property-seekers are being urged to discover their ideal home off-plan at Taylor Wimpey’s newly launched Hampson Place development in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

The leading housebuilder has just unveiled the first selection of three and four-bedroom houses from this hotly-anticipated collection, with competitive prices starting at just £270,000.

Although the on-site Sales Information Centre and showhome are yet to be launched, prospective purchasers can be among the first to secure their place at the development by booking a personal appointment with the Sales Executive.

Christine Scarborough, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey North Thames, says: “We’re delighted to announce that the first new homes are now available to reserve at Hampson Place, and judging by the interest we’re already receiving this promises to be a hugely successful development.

“Savvy homebuyers can get ahead of the competition by acting quickly to reserve their ideal home – and then they can watch as their new home is constructed from the foundations up ready for completion later in the year.

“Anyone hoping to find out more should get in touch to book their appointment today!”

Among the new homes now on sale at Hampson Place are three-bedroom houses from £270,000 and four-bedroom properties from £305,000.

The four-bedroom ‘Eskdale’ detached house, for example, is priced from £345,000 and features a spacious living room spanning the full depth of the property and opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a kitchen/dining room, a utility room and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom, while a garage and two allocated parking spaces are provided outside.

The new homes at Hampson Place enjoy a peaceful location in an established residential area of Stevenage.

Hampson Park, an attractive 24-acre parkland boasting one of the highest points in Stevenage with views across the town and surrounding countryside, neighbours the development, and also features football and sports pitches, a play area and a garden.

A supermarket, a post office, other local shops and a community centre are close by for day-to-day needs, while families will appreciate that well-regarded Trotts Hill Primary School, rated ‘good’ by Ofsted, is also a short walk away.

Meanwhile, Stevenage railway station is less than two miles from home for direct services to London King’s Cross, Cambridge and Peterborough, and the A1(M) is within easy reach for those travelling by car.

Hampson Place lies close to Stevenage Old Town, where there’s a Waitrose supermarket, and a choice of high street and independent shops, plus pubs and places to eat.

Stevenage’s main shopping centre provides a wealth of shops, a variety of restaurants and a multi-screen cinema, while the town also offers an excellent choice of leisure and sports facilities.
