Property-seekers are being offered an exciting opportunity to take a look around a selection of the final homes on sale at Taylor Wimpey’s hugely popular Kitley Place development in Yealmpton, Devon, this weekend.

The leading housebuilder will be opening the doors to some of the last plots available to purchase at Kitley Place during its Open House Weekend taking place between 11am and 5.00pm on Saturday 21st March.

Visitors who book an appointment to attend this special event will have the chance to explore the Wilton, Bawden and Kennilworth housetypes so they can fully appreciate the superb design features and exceptional use of space of these impressive family homes.

There are currently just 10 homes remaining for sale at Kitley Place, including five-bedroom houses from £354,995 and six-bedroom properties from £399,995.

The ‘Kennilworth’ detached home, for example, is a six-bedroom property offering plenty of space for families across three spacious floors.
