“With a starting price of just £179,950 for a four-bedroom home, we’re proud to be offering high quality, spacious homes at achievable prices.

“Our homes at The Priory are built to the highest standards and offer excellent energy efficiency. Each property has been carefully designed to make the very most of the space provided and includes a secure, turfed rear garden. The homes also benefit from garages and off-street parking.

“I’d urge buyers searching for their dream four-bedroom home to visit The Priory without delay to explore our showhome – and see first-hand what a Rippon home has to offer.

Four-bedroom homes at The Priory include the Mayfield, which features an open-plan kitchen/dining room with French doors, a living room with a bay window, and a garage.

On the first floor, there’s a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, three well-proportioned additional bedrooms and a good-sized family bathroom with a shower and screen over the bath.

Other four-bedroom homes include the Oakdale, a detached house priced from £229,500, which features separate living and dining rooms. There’s also the Arlington detached house, priced from £225,450.

Rippon Homes offers a range of schemes for buyers who have an existing home to sell, including Part Exchange and Sales Assist.

The government’s Help to Buy scheme, which enables buyers to secure their new home with a deposit of just five per cent and a 75 per cent mortgage, is also available at the development. The remaining 20 per cent is provided by the government as an equity loan which is interest-free for five years.

The Priory is being built on the former site of the Simpson’s Malt factory and is located within walking distance of Monkhill Station, which offers regular services to Leeds and Wakefield.

The development is just over a mile from Pontefract town centre. When complete, The Priory will comprise just 57 new homes.
