Would-be homebuyers looking for a little help to secure their perfect property are being urged to ‘Make It Yours’ using the fantastic Government-backed Help to Buy scheme at Taylor Wimpey’s Jasmine Gardens development in Wychbold, Worcestershire.

Help to Buy enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for up to 20% of the full price of their new home – meaning they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%!

Taylor Wimpey’s Make It Yours initiative aims to show homebuyers the many different ways the leading housebuilder can help them make an easy and affordable move to their ideal home.

Now is a great time for purchasers to buy a new home, with reduced stamp duty for many and the Bank of England keeping the base rate at an historic low of 0.5%, which means that there are great mortgage deals to be had.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Savvy purchasers will find that securing a stunning new home at Jasmine Gardens is much easier and more affordable than they might think thanks to Help to Buy.

“This brilliant scheme is the perfect solution for aspiring buyers who are struggling to step on or up the property ladder. Help to Buy customers can secure their dream home with a smaller deposit then they might have thought, and then enjoy the benefits of lower monthly mortgage repayments.

“I’d urge anyone interested in snapping up their ideal place at Jasmine Gardens to get in touch today and find out more about Help to Buy – and who knows, you could make a new home yours sooner than you thought!”

Help to Buy is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for customers who take advantage of the scheme.

There’s a superb selection of three and four-bedroom homes currently available at Jasmine Gardens, with prices starting from £192,995. Property-seekers are being urged to hurry, though, because the houses currently on sale are the final ones left before the development is completely sold out!

All Taylor Wimpey homes are completed to a high standard specification and are backed by a two-year Taylor Wimpey warranty and a 10-year guarantee from the National House-Building Council.

Wychbold is home to a post office, a convenience store, a pub, a filling station, a hotel, a community centre, sports pitches and a children’s play area, plus Webbs of Wychbold garden centre just to the north of the village.

Wychbold First and Nursery School caters for children aged three to nine years old, and was rated ‘good’ in its most recent Ofsted inspection.

Meanwhile, a wider range of shops, leisure and entertainment opportunities, as well as schools for older children, can be found two miles away in Droitwich Spa, and in Bromsgrove, which is around three miles from home.

Commuters will appreciate Wychbold’s close proximity to junction 5 of the M5, for quick links to the M42, Worcester and Birmingham, while bus services between Droitwich Spa and Bromsgrove, and between Birmingham and Worcester, stop close to the development.

For more information about using Help to Buy to secure a brand new home and Make It Yours, property-seekers should visit the Sales Centre at Jasmine Gardens, located off Worcester Road, Wychbold, Worcestershire, WR9 7PE, and open Thursday to Monday between 11am and 5pm.
