Developer Lovell has just released the final six homes on the current phase of development at its Harvills Grange development in West Bromwich – with buyers able to make significant savings on stamp duty.

The newly released homes include the three-bedroom semi-detached Ringwood house style which starts from £151,995 meaning stamp duty will amount to £539 – a saving of £980 on the cost before the latest changes.

The company also has its two-bedroomed Garston house type available at Harvills Grange starting from £125,000 at which price there is no stamp duty to pay.

The release of the latest homes and the opening of the new sales and marketing suite means now is a particularly good time to visit Harvills Grange, says field sales manager Julie Bowen. “With more properties to choose from and a new marketing suite – which is open five days a week - this is a great time to come and see us,” she says. “Purchasers can also find out more about the Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme which is available on all homes at Harvills Grange making them even better value.”

Designed for both first-time buyers and people looking to upsize, Help to Buy means purchasers need only find a five per cent deposit to secure a new home, backed with a 20 per cent equity loan from the Government which is interest-free for the first five years.

The two-bedroom Garston house style at Harvills Grange is a perfect first-time buy starting from £125,000 (£100,000 price after Help to Buy Equity Loan). The ground-floor layout features an attractive living / dining room with French doors to the garden, well-designed kitchen (with Bosch gas hob and electric oven), hall and cloakroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, the bathroom and a useful linen cupboard. The home also benefits from its own parking space.

For purchasers looking for more space, the semi-detached Ringwood house style would be ideal. This popular three-bedroomed house type offers ground-floor accommodation comprising a living / dining room with French doors to the garden, kitchen, hall and cloakroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite, two additional bedrooms and the family bathroom. The Ringwood, with parking space, is priced at £151,995 (£121,596 price after Help to Buy Equity Loan) and at £155,995 (£124,796 price after Help to Buy Equity Loan) with single garage.

Location-wise, the development is definitely in a plum position for commuters, less than a mile from the A41 Black Country New Road, which provides direct access to the M5 and M6.

To find out more, visit the sales and marketing suite which is open from 11am to 5pm on Mondays and 10am to 5pm, Thursday to Sunday in St Vincent Crescent, West Bromwich B70 OLH. More information is also available at lovellnewhomes.co.uk.
