With the final countdown of new homes in Atherstone, north Warwickshire, underway buyers are being urged to act fast to avoid disappointment.

Just 14 months after the first properties were released for sale, Tudor Gardens is nearing a sell-out with only 15 homes remaining.

Despite the limited availability there’s still plenty of choice including two, three and four-bedroom designs from the sought-after Heritage Collection.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), says: “Demand for homes at Tudor Gardens has been high since the day we launched when we had buyers queuing outside from 6am. Thanks to the combination of the location, the high specification we offer as standard and incentives such as the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme we’ve clocked up a steady sales rate over the intervening months.

“Now that the final properties have been released for sale opportunities to own one of these sought-after homes are few and far between. We would encourage anyone who wants to purchase a home here to act fast to avoid disappointment.”

Prices at Tudor Gardens start from £159,995 for a two-bedroom Evesham, with a four-bedroom detached Oxford family home that’s almost ready to move into available from £269,995.

A stylish, spacious family home, the Oxford offers 1,300 square feet of accommodation. Traditional in its external design, its double height front bay window gives a nod to the architecture of the Arts & Crafts era. Step inside and it’s bright, modern and designed for ease of living.

At the heart of the home, is an open plan kitchen and dining room, with French doors that open out on to the rear garden. This sociable space is complemented by a separate lounge, while a handy utility and cloakroom complete the ground floor.

On the first floor, there are four generously proportioned bedrooms with the master bedroom benefiting from an en-suite to complement the family bathroom.

Located close to the countryside yet within walking distance of Atherstone town centre, Tudor Gardens is ideally placed to enable homeowners to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Atherstone town centre features local amenities to cater for residents’ daily needs and is also home to a weekly market. The local train station is within easy reach of the new homes and offers hourly connections to London and Crewe via Stafford and Stoke. The cities of Coventry and Birmingham are both within a 30 minute drive.
