Get double the help from Lovell - and make your home move twice as easy

16th April 2015 Print

Developer Lovell has come up with a brand-new way to get home buyers moving. The company has just launched its innovative Helping Hands Plus scheme – a new initiative aimed at anyone with a property to sell and which can also be combined with the Government-backed Equity Loan scheme.

Helping Hands Plus releases buyers from home-move misery by taking the stress out of the buying and selling process. It works by putting homebuyers in touch with a home purchase company who will look at purchasing their existing property at market value, providing a guaranteed buyer and taking away much of the uncertainty involved in moving.

The good news is that you can also combine Helping Hands Plus with a Government-backed Equity Loan – which means you’ll only need a five per cent deposit to secure your brand-new home.

“It couldn’t be easier,” says Lovell regional sales manager Kate Rees. “Just decide which Lovell home you wish to buy and Lovell will submit your application to a home purchasing company. The home purchasing company will then arrange an inspection of your current home by a local agent (within 48 hours of your application). The inspection should take no longer than 15 minutes. Afterwards, you’ll be invited back to your chosen Lovell development to discuss the offer on your existing home and, if you decide to accept it, you can then go ahead and buy your new Lovell home!

Guaranteed buyer, no chain, no estate agent’s fees

“We know from talking with homebuyers that selling their own home is one of the biggest headaches when it comes to moving. This way, purchasers benefit from a guaranteed buyer, no chain and, importantly, no estate agent’s fees. The other great advantage is that you can use Helping Hands Plus with the Government-backed Help to Buy Equity Loanscheme, allowing you to purchase your new home with a five per cent deposit.”

Helping Hands Plus and the Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme are currently available on selected properties at a range of Lovell developments throughout England.
