House-hunters in Northamptonshire have the chance to experience a taste of life at Taylor Wimpey’s Chestnut Grove development with the launch of three stunning new showhomes.

The new showhomes now open at the development are the three-bedroom ‘Yewdale’ design, the four-bedroom ‘Eskdale’, and the four-bedroom ‘Malbury’.

All of the new showhomes feature exquisite fittings and furnishings and the very latest interior trends to reflect the carefully-planned layout and spacious design of typical properties at the development.

Louise Ballmann, Sales Manager for Taylor Wimpey, says: “The brand new showhomes now open at Chestnut Grove allow viewers to gain an insight into the wonderful properties available at the development, and the chance to picture the life they could soon be enjoying!

“Homebuyers can really be inspired by the fabulous furnishings, layouts and interior design of our new showhomes, so I’d encourage anyone who is interested to visit the development and see it for themselves!”

The four-bedroom detached ‘Malbury’ showhome, for example, offers a spacious kitchen/dining room with a utility room, a living room with French doors opening to the private rear garden, plus a separate study and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to the en-suite master bedroom, a further three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

There’s currently a choice of properties available to reserve at Chestnut Grove, including three-bedroom terraced houses from just £260,000 and four-bedroom designs from £315,000.

To make choosing one of these high-quality homes even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives.

Help to Buy, for example, enables eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell to secure a Government loan for 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only require a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a 5% deposit.

Help to Buy is available on new-build homes up to the value of £600,000 and there is no salary cap for purchasers taking advantage of the scheme.

Chestnut Grove enjoys a convenient position within the exciting new community of Radstone Fields, to the north of Brackley. The master plan for the development features a new primary school and playing fields, community facilities and a local centre, a supermarket and green open spaces including a new country park.

Brackley’s attractive town centre lies within walking distance of the new homes and offers a wealth of local amenities, while well-regarded schools for children of all ages are within easy reach, including Magdalen College School for secondary age pupils.

Commuters will appreciate the A43 provides quick links to Towcester, Northampton, Oxford and the M40, while the A422 connects to Buckingham and Banbury.

To view the new showhomes now open at Chestnut Grove, property-seekers can visit the Sales Centre which is located off Radstone Road, Brackley, Northamptonshire, NN13 5GE, and open daily from 10am to 5pm (Mondays 1pm to 5pm). Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
