A brand new collection of stunning properties has been launched by leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey at its sought-after Cranbrook development in Exeter, Devon.

House-hunters can now choose from a new phase of beautiful homes, including a range of three and four bedroom designs priced from just £235,000.

Potential buyers are encouraged to act quickly to reserve their dream property off-plan and take advantage of the great benefits on offer when reserving a Taylor Wimpey home.

Clare Brimble, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “By reserving off-plan at the earliest opportunity, buyers can choose from a wide range of plots and select from a host of interior design options to really make their new home their own.

“Due to the popularity of the previous phase of homes at Cranbrook we urge anyone who is interested to act quickly and secure their ideal home, as we don’t expect them to be available for long!”

This latest selection of homes, Cornflowers, features a superb variety of designs to suit to all buyers, from individuals and young couples to growing families.

The four-bedroom detached ‘Thornford’, for example, is priced from £370,000 and offers a spacious open-plan kitchen/family room and a separate living room which both open through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a dining room/study and a guest cloakroom located off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to the en-suite master bedroom, three further double bedrooms and a main bathroom, while outside the property benefits from a double garage and parking for two cars.

Alternatively, three-bedroom semi-detached homes are available from just £235,000 and three-bedroom townhouses from £245,000.

To make moving to Cornflowers at Cranbrook even more appealing, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives, including the Help to Buy scheme. Under Help to Buy, eligible first-time buyers and those with a property to sell can secure a Government loan of up to 20% of the full price of their new home – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

Located eight miles from Exeter, Cranbrook is a brand new community of eco-friendly homes and is the first new town of its kind in Devon.

Parents will appreciate the choice of new primary and secondary schools in the area, while a range of community facilities, including a health centre and a central shopping street, are being created as part of this new development.

For commuters, junction 29 of the M5 is just minutes away for journeys to Exeter and Bristol, while a new railway station is due to be built for 2015 offering direct services to London Waterloo.

To find out more about the new phase of homes at Cornflowers at Cranbrook, property-seekers can visit the Sales Information Centre, located off London Road, Exeter, Devon, EX5 2DY, open daily from 11am to 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
