The doors to two contemporary new show homes and two view homes have opened in Middleton, where Lovell Homes has released the first wave of its eagerly awaited development.

In the heart of an established community, Green Bank, on Windermere Road, is a sought after new homes venture close to the town centre with excellent commuter links to Manchester and beyond and a range of schools, shops and parks on its doorstep.

The two and three-bedroom showcase properties, professionally styled and furnished by Lovell’s interior designers, give buyers a glimpse of the lifestyle on offer. Lovell has also opened two four-bedroom view homes, which have been left as blank canvasses for purchasers to imagine how they would put their own stamp on the rooms.

A selection of stylish two-bedroom homes are already on sale, with prices starting from just £114,500. Perfect for first time buyers, young professionals and growing families, they offer stylish top of the range kitchens with soft close cupboards and gloss finishes, integrated Bosch appliances and ceramic floor tiles as standard as well as well-sized turfed gardens with paved patio areas included.

With the Help to Buy scheme making the properties even more affordable, an initial outlay of just £5,725 is required for the 5% deposit. The Government provides an equity loan for 20% of the purchase price and the remaining 75% would be covered by a mortgage of just £91,600.

Clare Noakes, regional sales manager for Lovell, said: “We have built an excellent reputation for delivering contemporary style, high quality and exceptional value for homebuyers in Middleton. We can’t wait to show buyers inside the new homes at Green Bank and are confident they’ll be impressed by everything the development has to offer.”

Each stylish new property comes complete with a living/dining room with French doors to the rear garden, a contemporary kitchen with a Bosch oven, integrated fridge freezer and washing machine, and a downstairs cloakroom.

In the two-bedroom Tatton show home, Lovell has combined understated chic greys and white with suitable splashes of fresh greens and heather. Natural wood blends perfectly with contemporary glass of chrome furniture to ensure the décor hits the right note for style conscious buyers.

Next door in the three-bedroom Winley, the retro interior scheme captures the style of the season. The lounge features orange sofas, with a coordinating geometric wallpaper and light wood furniture that echoes iconic British design. More muted tones feature in the bedrooms with colour introduced through red and orange accessories, while on-trend over-sized headboards create a focal point in each room.

Both show homes feature streamlined white kitchens with granite coloured worktops, but customers who buy in the early stages of the development will have the opportunity to customise elements of their new home with Lovell’s Inspirations range of options and extras, including kitchens, tiles and flooring.
