A new homes venture in Stockport due to launch next month has the seeds for success – location and specification.

Cherry Tree Park, on the former Cherry Tree Hospital site, has been hotly anticipated with would-be homeowners showing keen interest in the properties.

With the first homes scheduled to be released for sale in July, Elan Homes is urging those who haven’t already done so to get in touch without delay.
