Bellway brings new homes to historic Guisborough

New developments are few and far between in traditional market towns, however award winning house builder, Bellway has managed to secure an attractive plot of land where it is building a new residential quarter called Enfield Mews in the historic town of Guisborough in North Yorkshire.

Prices start from £184,995 and buyers can choose from a range of house styles including detached and semi detached homes in three and four bedroom arrangements.

Interested buyers can select from a range of incentives that Bellway is offering to help them move. One of the most popular incentives is the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, this requires a minimum deposit of five per cent and provides a five year interest free twenty per cent loan, and enables buyers to reduce their mortgage payments during the first five years of occupation.
