Amid high demand, the first new homes at Cherry Tree Park in Stockport have been released for sale ‘off plan’.

Elan Homes has been inundated with enquiries from prospective purchasers keen to buy one of the 49 properties. To satisfy their curiosity, the developer has released selected homes ‘off plan’ and has opened a sales centre on site at weekends.

Detailed floor plans and even the materials used, including bricks and paint colours, will be recorded in the HUG for future reference.
