Redrow has launched a collection of 49 new homes at Ferrers Park, off Station Road in Lechlade, and is encouraging house hunters to get in early to take advantage of the pre-showhome prices and avoid disappointment.

Ferrers Park offers a range of three, four and five bedroom homes nestled between a stunning lake and relaxing open farm land. The showhomes are due to open later this year, with the first completions likely to take place in spring 2016, with properties starting from £356,000.

The homes have Cotswold Stone exteriors, allowing them to blend in with the surrounding traditional architecture, while the Heritage interiors allow for all the requirements of modern life.

Libby Bolton, area sales manager for Redrow South West, commented: “We’ve already had local residents commenting on the impressive site layout at Ferrers Park, the landscaping and our attention to detail, which is fantastic to hear.

“We’re encouraging house hunters to visit the development and register their interest before it’s too late! What’s more, our Early Bird scheme means potential homebuyers can even register their interest in the plots which are yet to be released. Buying off-plan enables customers to get their pick of the plots, as well as customise their property to make it the perfect home of them.”

Lechlade is a small attractive riverside town on the River Thames at the southern edge of the Cotswolds. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, it is within easy access to Swindon, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Burford and Oxford. Locally, there is plenty to see and do, with something for everyone, including a monthly food market, many beautiful walks around the town, real English pubs as well as sailing and fishing on the lakes.
