The value of apartments in Tonbridge has risen more than 5% in the last year and with homes at Waterside Reach selling fast buyers are being invited to tour the properties rising up in the town.
According to Land Registry figures, overall sold prices in the area are up 10% on 2012 levels; while Zoopla reports a 5.15% increase in the value of apartments in Tonbridge with buyers paying an average of £236,211.
