Phase 4 of the stunning Berewood development by Bloor Homes has now been released in Waterlooville, Hampshire.

The homes in this phase, a collection of three, four and five-bedroom properties located just a few miles from the Hampshire coast, are set to sell fast after high demand for previous phases at the development.

Kim Willcock, Regional Sales Director for Bloor Homes, said: “Berewood has proven itself to be an excellent development of homes which has sold at a fantastic rate to many happy buyers.

“Phase 4 is the latest set of homes to be released in Waterlooville and we would expect a lot of interest in these properties, much the same as their predecessors.”

There are nine homes currently available at Berewood, a selection of three and four-bedroom homes priced from £275,000.

Home of the week, the Wellington view home, is a four-bedroom detached property with a spacious layout over three floors, priced at £427,000.

With stamp duty paid, flooring throughout, window dressings, light fittings and a turfed garden as part of the package, buyers are urged to visit the marketing suite to learn more, or risk missing out.

As part of the Section 106 planning agreement for this phase with Winchester City Council, Bloor has contributed payments towards improvements of the local area, including £80,000 for a toucan crossing to be positioned at the entrance to the site for the safety of residents crossing the road.

In addition to this, £100,000 has been awarded to the residential travel plan, with a further £12,160 helping the local primary education travel plan.

Located to the west of Waterlooville, Berewood is a new Garden City for Hampshire which will comprise 2,550 homes across 13 phases.

As well as much-needed new homes, the overall Berewood project will deliver 100,000 sq m of commercial space, two new primary schools and a number of community facilities including a community centre, health and leisure facilities, public open spaces and sports pitches.

Local amenities for Waterlooville include excellent local schools, shopping opportunities, and an array of excellent restaurants for dining.

Transport links via the A3 and the nearby Bedhampton train station make journeying to London and other larger towns and cities easily accessible, including the neighbouring city of Portsmouth, home to the spectacular Gunwharf Quays.
