Redrow is making further contributions to the local community at Chilton Waters, just two miles north of Bridgwater, with the development of a new footpath.

The footpath, costing in excess of £460,000, is being built as part of Redrow’s ongoing contributions to the local community. Currently scheduled to open in the summer of 2016, the new footpath will make links easier between the village and Chilton Trinity School, the local secondary school, benefiting local residents and families in particular.

Charlotte Munday, area sales manager for Redrow South West, commented: “The footpath will be an invaluable addition to this lovely community in Chilton Waters, drawing links between the village and the local school. It is a fantastic development with a brilliant mix of homes for couples and families alike and the quiet village has wide appeal to first time buyers looking to escape to the countryside, young families who want a safe environment to raise their kids and retirees looking to escape to a waterside location.”

Chilton Waters offers homebuyers a superb selection of three and four bedroom homes from Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection, available from £225,995 to £369,995. These attractive homes are inspired by Arts and Crafts architecture on the outside, with modern, open-plan layouts on the inside.

Chilton Waters offers a great tranquil rural location set amongst the lakes of Chilton Trinity within close proximity to the motorway network. It is a perfect for setting up home and raising a family with a good choice of local primary and secondary schools just a short distance away.

A little further afield are the wide open spaces of Exmoor National Park, Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills, along with the seaside towns of Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea. The town also offers a whole host of entertainment options from the cinema to the arts centre and plenty of sports facilities too.
