Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is preparing to unveil a brand new collection of high-quality homes to discerning property-hunters in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

Situated on the leafy fringes of this sought-after community in an established residential area, Greenhill Grange will enjoy an ideal location off Ridge Way – within easy reach of a wide range of local amenities and convenient local transport links, and with beautiful countryside right on the doorstep.

The new collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes is due to receive its official launch with the opening of an on-site sales cabin in June 2016.

In the meantime, aspiring homebuyers are being encouraged to register their interest today to ensure they are among the first in line to choose from the initial selection of plots.

Jason Stokes, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “The countdown has now begun to the official launch of Greenhill Grange, a stunning selection of high-quality homes that will offer so much to property-seekers in the hugely popular town of Haywards Heath.

“We’re expecting considerable interest in this hotly-anticipated new development so I would urge would-be movers to register their interest now – and put themselves at the front of the queue when the first homes become available to purchase later in the year.”

Taylor Wimpey’s forthcoming new homes will offer a wealth of choice for purchasers in a range of circumstances, from first-time buyers and downsizers through to professionals and growing families looking to step up the property ladder in style. Detailed plans and prices for the first available plots will be revealed at the development launch.

Greenhill Grange will be situated on the south-eastern outskirts of Haywards Heath in a quiet corner of the town bordered by attractive woodland and open fields.

The thriving town centre is just 1.5 miles from home for a wide selection of independent and high street shops, a range of local services and great variety of restaurants, pubs and cafés. For the everyday essentials, Sainsbury’s and Co-op supermarkets are located within about a mile of the development.

Haywards Heath has a number of parks and public gardens, as well as the popular Dolphin Leisure Centre, which is equipped with three pools alongside a gym and health suite.

Parents will appreciate the choice of schools for children of all ages nearby, including Northlands Wood Community Primary School, St Wilfrid’s C of E Primary School – both rated ‘good’ by Ofsted and around half a mile from home.

For commuters, Haywards Heath railway station offers regular services north to London Victoria and London Bridge in under an hour and south to Brighton in around 20 minutes.
