As The Coppice in Maidstone blossoms into a lovely neighbourhood, buyers are being urged not to let the grass grow under their feet.

The combination of the location, high specification interiors, and good choice of properties, has sown the seeds for success at the Redrow development.

More than half of the homes have already been sold and around a dozen people have now moved in.

During National Gardening Week (April 11 – 18) those who want to put down roots at The Coppice are being invited to view the show home to appreciate the quality and finish Redrow offers as standard and some of the options as to how they could make the most of their outside space.

Rachael Baillie, sales director for Redrow Homes (South East), explains: “The Shaftesbury show home at The Coppice boasts a lovely garden, which can be enjoyed whatever the weather from the conservatory. Adding a conservatory is just one of a range of options available via the My Redrow feature of our website to help buyers make the most of their outside space.

“For example, while green-fingered homeowners may want to see their own ideas blossom in their garden, others who want to sit back and let someone else do the hard work can thanks to a choice of landscaping options. There’s the chance to select your preferred finish of paving and add a whole host of optional extras.

“Adding a conservatory will bring the outside in while increasing the floor space of your home and offering lots of natural light. Budding gardeners can also opt to add a shed, giving them somewhere they can keep their tools and gardening gear without having to bring muddy boots into the house.”

Current availability at The Coppice includes a choice of three and four-bedroom homes with prices from £269,995.

Help to Buy equity loans are available and can reduce the initial cost of a brand new home by up to 20%. Crucially the loan is interest free for five years and can be repaid when the customer has more funds available.

Maidstone is a popular commuter town, with London Victoria and St Pancras both around an hour away. The town is also well served by schools, making The Coppice an ideal choice for buyers with children.
