Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey Midlands is back in Warwick, delivering a brand new collection of high-quality new homes in a prime location on the edge of this historic town.

The Redwoods enjoys an attractive setting on a gently sloping site off Birmingham Road, surrounded by mature trees and just a short walk from the quaint medieval timber-framed buildings of the town centre.

This leafy neighbourhood benefits from the very best of both worlds, with excellent commuter links by road and rail within easy reach.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We have a proud history of building high-quality properties in Warwick and we’re delighted to be back in this charming town to deliver much-needed new homes for local people.

“Our exclusive new development really is something special – nestled within a secluded and beautifully landscaped tree-lined setting, with Warwick’s eclectic range of amenities just a short walk away.

“I’d encourage anyone hoping to find their perfect property in Warwick to register an interest in the development now to ensure they’re in the best position to secure their favourite plot when the new homes are released for sale.”

The development will comprise 85 much-needed new homes, including 34 affordable properties which will give local residents and key workers the opportunity to enjoy life in a brand new home within their own community.

Showhomes are expected to open at The Redwoods in August to give prospective purchasers an insight into the spacious layout and thoughtful design of typical properties at the development.

To make moving even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives, including Help to Buy, easymover and Part Exchange, with full details available from the Sales Executive.

The Redwoods enjoys a beautiful and peaceful setting with excellent road links via the A46 to both the M40 and M6.

The new homes are located on the north-western fringes of the town, with the boutique shops, bars, restaurants and pubs of Warwick’s historic town centre just a mile away. Meanwhile, Warwick and Warwick Parkway railway stations provide direct services to Birmingham and London.

For families, there’s a choice of good schools for children of all ages within easy reach, including St Mary Immaculate Catholic, Westgate and Woodloes Primary Schools.

The new Sales Centre at The Redwoods will open in May from Thursday – Monday, 11am – 5pm. The development is located off Birmingham Road, Warwick, CV34 5JL.
