A regional housebuilder is expecting high levels of interest in new homes being released for sale at a popular development in Andover.

The latest phase being created by Persimmon Homes at Picket Twenty - The Paddocks Twenty One – is a collection of apartments and houses in a variety of new designs to suit a wide range of buyers.

A selection of properties has now been released for sale, priced from £165,995 for a two bedroom apartment.
